The Electromechanical Equipment Research and Development Center , a subordinate unit under Beijing General Research Institute for Non-ferrous Metals, is composed of Equipment Research and Development Factory, Non-standard Equipment Design Center, and Automatic Research Institute. The center mainly deals with research and development of slaughter line for poultry livestock. Under the center is Machinery R&D Dept., Electric R&D Dept., Production Supply Dept., Machining Workshop, Riveting & Welding Workshop, and Locksmith's Assembly Workshop, etc.

Its main products cover slaughter line for table chicken, slaughter line for table duck, slaughter line for table goose, slaughter line for table rabbit, slaughter line for pigeon, etc. Furthermore, non-standard equipment can be tailored to meet client's requirements.
The center has engaged in R&D of slaughter line since 1980s. Through years of effort, the center has blossomed into China 's largest manufacturer of livestock & poultry processing equipment with most and complete varieties. We provide you lines with capacity of 500heads/hour ~ 12,000heads/hour, also proceed with modification and reconstruction for existed lines. The line whose main parts are made of stainless steel performs same effect as the international similar ones, and accords with food sanitation for export.

Slaughter line for duck & goose
We provide you lines with capacity of 300heads/hour ~ 5,000heads/hour, also proceed with modification and reconstruction for existed lines.
- The overhead transmission wire adopts world-advanced frequency control technology with accurate timing and low fault;
- The bearing chamber of automatic poultry picker is waterproof with long service. Skin breakage ≤ 1%;
- The electric shock machine adopts frequency control to avoid gore;
- The electric control system consists of imported transducer and stainless waterproof electric control cabinet;
- The key equipment for duck and goose slaughtering have won many national patents.
